RELIEVE HER- Menstrual Cramp Support 2oz
It’s that time of the month and you are dreading your period because you know what comes with it; menstrual cramps.
I know. I have been there.
When I was a teenager, my cramps would be so bad that I would black out and get sick from the pain. Sometimes I would have to stay home from school for 2 or 3 days until the pain went away. Nothing worked for me except a heating pad and sleep. I wish I knew then what I know now about the power of herbs, a healthy diet and lifestyle helping prevent those cramps from ever getting to be that intense.
I have formulated a tincture with some of the best herbs for menstrual cramps and I pray that this tincture finds those in need of it. No one deserves to go through the pain I went through, and if I can help anyone avoid that pain in the healthiest way possible, then I will be so happy.
Ingredients: Cramp Bark, Wild Yam Root, Linden, Ginger, Gin
Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulis) : Cramp bark has been around for centuries. The Native Americans used Cramp Bark for cramps and pains throughout the body. This herb is specific for relieving the pain of uterine contractions after birth or during the menstrual flow. It’s high tannin content makes it beneficial in cases of excessive menstrual bleeding- recommended as a tonic for those who have excessive bleeding during their cycle.

It can also help with any stress or anxiety that may arise from the discomfort of your cycle.

Ginger stimulates the circulatory system which jump starts all of the other herbs into action more quickly. It’s one of my favorite stimulants to use in an herbal remedy for this exact reason.
All organic ingredients to a formula are made with love and intention.
