Pau d’ Arco (Tabebuia heptaphylla)- Pau d’ Arco is a tree that grows in the forests of Brazil. Lapacho is the name given to the same tree that some believe to grow in more abundance and potency, in Argentina. Pau d’ Arco is known for it’s antifungal activity in treating systemic yeast infections like candida albicans. It can also be used for inflammation in the urinary tract and the prostate. Pau d’ Arco can help with UTIs, and intestinal inflammation.
Burdock Root (Arcticum lappa)- Intestinal flora respond to burdock root preparations quite favorably. Burdock for helping those with candida, yeast overgrowth.*
